Paul Sheals spent his formative years as an International Sportsman and competed for Great Britain at Judo for over 14 years. Throughout his sporting career Paul was British Champion many times, he won the Commonwealth Games, was third in the World Championships, and third in the European Championships on a couple of occasions before retiring after the Seoul Olympics.
